Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana, the Speaker endorsed the certificate on the Bills titled Reciprocal Recognition, Registration and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements Bill and Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill recently (Sep. 13) in accordance with Article 79 of the Constitution.
